The NZ watch dealer Five Forty Five described the watch as condition 8.5/10 (with only light marks to the clasp) when I bought it about three years ago and I have barely worn it since. Very good overall condition. Unmarked bezel and face and crown. Extra bracelet links. The watch is totally original, with no polishing. It had no papers when I bought the watch which is a stunning piece, unlike any other with its "floating" dial and Sallaz polished finish. Minase is a niche watch makers, producing approx 500 of this model watch per year. The former Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe wore one of these. Although I've only worn it on special occasions, I've often taken it from its box and simply admired it with light playing off its lacquered hammered copper gray dial. Its three-dimensional indices, beautiful , quite elaborate and very comfortable bracelet with unusual inset date window add to the appeal. With the weak NZ dollar, an overseas buyer will find this an even more compelling purchase compared to new watches.
