The M.A.D.1 is what happens when traditional watchmaking is turned on its head — a playful, subversive take from Maximilian Büsser and the wider MB&F universe! And the M.A.D.1 Red is perhaps the most striking of the series. A vibrant red aluminium ring beneath an MB&F rotor with time told via lateral hour and minute bands, viewed from the side. "It's a mad world" after all... My watch is offered as a full set with TWO additional Delugs straps: one in full red leather (in nearly new condition) and the second, an MB&F endorsed Delugs CTS mosaic rubber strap with curved ends and spring loaded clasp, made specifically for the MAD1. This strap looks amazing paired with the MAD1 and it's how I've worn the watch. This strap is used but in great condition (no issues with the rubber). It is cut/sized for my 7.2 inch wrist, so it can be re-cut to any size of wrist smaller that this. The watch is presented in good used condition. There are marks and signs of wear in polished areas and on the face bezel. The OEM strap shows obvious signs of use, but you'll wear it on the Delugs rubber, guaranteed! There isn't a huge amount of steel to the construction of the watch and any scuffs/scratches could be very easily polished out. This is, however, an unpolished example. The crystal areas front and side are in excellent condition.
